A few short, direct answers to what people most often ask the AI chat widget on this site:

  • Does the AI see everything I type? It sees the messages you send in that chat session, in order to answer your question. It does not have access to anything else on your device.
  • Can other visitors see my conversation? No. Your chat is not visible to other people browsing the site — it is not a public or shared chat room.
  • Is a real person watching my chat live? No. The chat answers your questions automatically. A member of our team only sees your conversation if you ask to speak with sales or leave contact details for a follow-up — otherwise no one reviews it in real time.
  • Are you tracking me personally? We log chat conversations (see Section 1.b, Usage Data) the same way most websites log activity, so we can improve the answers the AI gives. This is not personal surveillance, and it is not shared with anyone browsing the site.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

3a. Mediavine Programmatic Advertising (Ver 1.1)
